This bakery operates on the south side of Rusi Street, along Rustaveli Street in Surami. Based on Google Street View, the bakery seems to have opened recently. When I asked for the shop’s name, they simply replied, “Bakery (საცხობი),” so I’ll refer to it as the “Bakery near Rusi Street” for clarity, as I should avoid calling it the “Bakery on Rustaveli Street” to prevent confusion with Natifi Nazuki‘s branch on the same street.
This shop is a general bakery offering items like khachapuri and lobiani, along with yellow nazuki and pinecone jam. The nazuki here tastes like an average of all the yellow nazuki in Srami—it lacks a distinct flavor, though it’s slightly less sweet if I had to note anything.
Since Surami’s Rustaveli Street is part of the inter-city marshrutka route connecting Surami and Khashuri, the shop location is convenient if you’re traveling via Khashuri. There is no parking available, and card payments are accepted.
