This bakery sells white nazuki (3.5 lari) and shotis puri. Though the nazuki I purchased had already cooled, the clove and juicy raisin flavors permeated the entire dough, delivering the subtle, refined taste that defines exceptional nazuki. In my experience, only few nazuki maintain their flavor so well when cooled. From the standpoint of flavor persistence, this bakery stands alongside Nazuki 7+1 as one of the finest. Upon bringing it home and performing the “revival ritual” (aka. microwaving), the dough regained its chewy texture. This bakery’s nazuki demonstrates particularly masterful use of oil, making it a personal favorite of mine.
