ბაჩოს ნაზუქი (Bacho’s Nazuki)

If you’re driving west through Surami and see a blond woman in a blue dress holding nazuki, chances are very high that it’s the iconic signage for Bacho’s Nazuki. The nazuki is relatively bland, perhaps because the cloves and ginger are either not strong or absent, so it tastes more like a plain raisin bread. If you prefer a subtle sweetness, you might want to stop by. We visited this shop twice. On our first visit, the owner showed us a large amount of nazuki being baked in the tone. On the second visit, the shop was closed.

Bacho's Nazuki

This shop has the most artistic sign in Surami in my opinion, so it might be worth stopping by for an iconic photo opportunity. Parking is available.
