This bakery in Vake sells nazuki from Monday to Friday. The taste, color, shape, and size are remarkably similar to the nazuki from Georgian Bread House (5 lari)—nearly impossible to tell apart. If pressed, this shop’s nazuki might be slightly less sweet. At just 3 lari, it’s a godsend for nazukeli (i.e., nazuki enthusiast) like myself. A distinctive feature is the delightfully crisp texture where the nazuki meets the tone—something you won’t find at Sulami or Khashuri’s nazuki shops, which always serve freshly baked (and thus softer) nazuki. This makes it especially appealing to Tbilisi residents who appreciate that fragrant, cookie-like crunch. Personally, the kubdari also looked delicious. Card payment accepted.
